NCQA HEDIS Compliance AuditsTM
Logiqual is licensed by NCQA to conduct HEDIS® Compliance AuditsTM. Logiqual's Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditors (CHCAs) have been conducting HEDIS® Compliance AuditsTM since the inception of the HEDIS Compliance AuditTM program in 1997 as a division of IPRO's Managed Care department. Logiqual's NCQA-certified auditors are experts in identifying issues and working with health plans on developing solutions that maximize the number of the reportable measures and reported rates.

The HEDIS® team at Logiqual is an industry leader in working with managed care organizations in conducting HEDIS compliance audits and providing technical support. Over the past 10 years, our team has conducted more than 1,500 commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid HEDIS audits. Logiqual's HEDIS Practice Leader is a member of NCQA's Audit Methodology Panel.

Audit Approach
To ensure that the audit process is productive and a pleasant learning experience for health plans, Logiqual's approach to the audit process is collegial, collaborative and flexible. Client Conference
Logiqual's 2009 Client Conference is scheduled for December 3rd and 4th, 2009, and will take place at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. The conference will include presentations on HEDIS 2010 changes to existing measures, discussion on new measures, clarifications on technical specifications, discussion on supplemental databases and best practices presentations made by Logiqual's clients.

California IHA Pay For Performance (P4P) Audits

NCQA Wellness and Health Promotion (WHP) Technical Specifications Compliance Audit™
Wellness and Health Promotion Organizations seeking NCQA Accreditation or public reporting in NCQA products will be required to submit audited performance measures results (standard WHP12) beginning with measurement year 2009. Logiqual’s NCQA-certified auditors have the expertise required to conduct the audit and assist your organization in achieving and maximizing reportable measures and rates.

CMS Part C and Part D Reporting Validation Services
Effective for 2010, Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs), Cost Plans, and Part D sponsors will be required to contract with a data validation organization to review their Part C and Part D data. Logiqual’s audit team and health care auditing experience provides the qualifications, credentials, and resources required to provide the independent data validation CMS requires.
