Logiqual is licensed by NCQA to conduct HEDIS® Compliance AuditsTM. Logiqual's Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditors (CHCAs) have been conducting HEDIS® Compliance AuditsTM since the inception of the HEDIS Compliance AuditTM program in 1997 as a division of IPRO's Managed Care department. Logiqual's NCQA-certified auditors are experts in identifying issues and working with health plans in developing solutions that maximize the number of the reportable measures and reported rates.
Audit Experience
The HEDIS team at Logiqual is an industry leader in working with managed care organizations in conducting HEDIS compliance audits and providing technical support. Over the past 10 years, our team has conducted more than 1,500 commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid HEDIS audits. Logiqual's HEDIS Practice Leader participates in Audit Methodology Panel meetings that are organized monthly by NCQA.
Audit Clients
Logiqual's HEDIS clients range from large national multi-state plans to newly established special needs plans with enrollment of less than 500 members. Logiqual's HEDIS team is expert in providing technical support, especially for those health plans that may be new to HEDIS reporting. Logiqual's HEDIS audit team has consistently received high satisfaction rates from clients. Client references will be provided upon request.
Audit Approach
To ensure that the audit process is productive and a pleasant learning experience for health plans, Logiqual's approach to the audit process is collegial, collaborative and flexible. Logiqual's audit team works closely with health plans in identifying and resolving issues that may impact performance measurement. Logiqual maintains and disseminates NCQA clarifications on various questions and issues to help clients receive the latest information from NCQA on an ongoing basis throughout the audit season.
Client Conference
Logiqual offers a web-based client conference to all HEDIS audit clients every year at no additional cost. The conference presents changes to measures, discussion on new measures, and clarifications on technical specifications, discussion on supplemental databases, etc. In addition, since NCQA made significant changes to the BAT, including changing its name, the client conference agenda for 2008 will also include a discussion on the ROADMAP.

California IHA Pay For Performance (P4P) Audits
